Walks
Walks can be 1.5 hours to 3 hours and include a guided walk with invitations and tea ceremony. These are wonderful for intimate groups as well as large groups. Walks can be done in person where we meet in a nature based setting or virtually over zoom where we go through nature based guided meditations, invitations, sound healing, and then group shares. We then enjoy tea in the comfort of our own spaces!
